You must reside or have children in the Bellevue School District and provide the following information.
1. Picture identification.
2. Proof of residence.
3. We need your signature verifying your income.

A new client will have to provide a photo ID and proof of address. We will need the birthdays of the other members of the household. The head of household name and address and members of there family name and birthdays will be entered into our Pantrytrak computer system. Once we have your information entered you will be in our system and will be able to receive food. Please contact the Pantry if you have any questions. We serve clients that live within the Bellevue School District or have children attending Bellevue Schools.
